INSULATING SLEEVES ISOL 70

These sleeves are characterized by an high insulating power thanks to the usage of top quality and extremely light raw materials, that give to the product a specific weight of 0,30/ 0,50 gr/cm3.

Their insulating power permits a solidification time even double then

the one of sleeves made of sand.

The high dimensional precision and the good mechanical resistance allow the product to be suitable for the usage in automatic plants in particular.

We suggest the usage for the casting of aluminum and all types of non-ferrous metals, with a capacity of the volume settling tilI 60%. They can be used also for the casting of cast iron and steel.
