INSULATING SLEEVES ISOL30
These sleeves have low thermal conductivity and thus high insulating power thanks to the use of prime quality raw materials and due to the vacuum production method, which gives to the product an apparent density of about 0,3/0,5 gr/cm3. The use of biosoluble fibers with melting point of 1000/1200 C°, their low density, outstanding insulation and considerable permeability make them ideal in particular for non-ferrous metals and some types of cast iron, with a significant reduction in riser volume compared to those made in sand.
The maximum setting shrinkage capacity is 30/40%
